CRUCIFEROUS SOUP


Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 20 minutes Serves 4-6

THE MAKINGS

  • 8 cups Chicken Bone Broth- two cartons

  • Chicken of your choice- I use chicken breast or jalapeno chicken sausage

  • 1 tbsp Virgin Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder

  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

VEGETABLES

  • 1 Bulb of garlic

  • 1 tsp Ginger - fresh or ground

  • 1 box Mushrooms

  • 1/2 large Yellow Onion - or any onion really

  • 3 cup Kale - I use about half a bag of TJ’s chopped kale

  • 1 head of Bok Choy - chopped

  • 3 stocks of green onion

THE METHOD

  1. Chop all veggies and chicken in to bite-size pieces

  2. Dutch over or XL pot over medium-low heat, add olive oil, wait a minute

  3. Add chicken, garlic and ginger, mushroom and onion till fragrant and chicken is cooked

  4. Add broth, soy sauce and remaining vegetables.

  5. Add cayenne & turmeric and simmer on low for 20 minutes.

  6. YA DONE! Eat and be healthy
