THE MAKINGS
Brown rice
5 gloves garlic
1 can garbanzo beans
broccoli - I use half to a bag of broccoli and cut the florets in half
Soyaki Sauce
ginger 1 tsp
THE METHOD
Cook rice, set aside.
In a saucepan over medium-low, add olive oil and garlic till fragrant
Add garbanzo beans, broccoli, ginger, rice and Soyaki. Stir
Let cook until broccoli is tender to fork
