THE MAKINGS

  • Brown rice

  • 5 gloves garlic

  • 1 can garbanzo beans

  • broccoli - I use half to a bag of broccoli and cut the florets in half

  • Soyaki Sauce

  • ginger 1 tsp

THE METHOD

  1. Cook rice, set aside.

  2. In a saucepan over medium-low, add olive oil and garlic till fragrant

  3. Add garbanzo beans, broccoli, ginger, rice and Soyaki. Stir

  4. Let cook until broccoli is tender to fork
