  • 1 can Garbanzo beans

  • 3 cups of quinoa or brown rice

  • 3 small tomatoes

  • 2 Persian Cucumbers

  • Red Onion

  • Feta

  • Kalamata Olives

  • Tzatziki

  • Whole Wheat Pita

THE MEDTHOD

  1. Cook rice or quinoa

  2. cut everything to preferred size

  3. Throw in a bowl

  4. DONE
