3 cups of quinoa or brown rice
3 small tomatoes
2 Persian Cucumbers
Red Onion
Feta
Kalamata Olives
Tzatziki
Whole Wheat Pita
THE MEDTHOD
Cook rice or quinoa
cut everything to preferred size
Throw in a bowl
