GABRIELLA'S TOMATO SOUP
THE MAKINGS
8-10 Tomatoes, cut in half
half white onion, sliced
1 bulb of garlic. slice the top off
Olive Oil
Salt
Red Pepper
2 tbsp butter
10 oz chicken bone broth
THE METHOD
Oven at 350. On a sheet pan lined with parchment, place garlic, onion, and tomatoes
Cover with olive oil, salt and red pepper flakes (a little goes a long way)
Roast for 40-50 minutes until caramelized
Squeeze out garlic, blend with tomato & onion
Combine with butter & broth in a pot and let simmer
